ORDINANCE N0. 473
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY, MINNESOTA
BY MAKING A CHNAGE IN ZONING DISTRICTS
The City Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. Appendix D of the City Code of Fridley is amended as
hereinafter indicated.
SECTION 2. The tract or area within the County o£ Anoka and the
City o£ Fridley and described as:
That portion of the east half of the southeast quarter of
Section 24, lying north of Interstate No. 694, T-30,
R-24, City of Fridley, County.of Anoka, blinnesota,
Is hereby designated to be in the Zoned.District known
as R-3A (apartments only).
SECTION 3. That the Zoning Administratox is directed_io change ttie
official zoning map to show said tract or area to be rezoned
from zoned District R-1 (single family dwellings) to R-3A
(apartments only).
