� AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY�
. .MINNESOTA BY MAKING A CHANGE IN ZONING DISTRICTS
The Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows:
� SECTION 1. Appendix D of the City Code of Fridley is amended as herein-
. after indicated. -
SECTION 2, The tract or area within the County of Anoka and the City of
Fridley and described as: �
That part of Block 1, Fridley Industrial Park Plat 1 lying
northeast of Highway No. 65 West Service Drive as now laid
� � out and traveled lying in the south half of Section 12,
T-30, R-24. �
��� Is hereby designated to be in the Zoned District known as
� C-2 (General BusinessJ. . �
�� . SECTION 3. That the Zoning Administrator is directed to change the
official zoning map to show said tract or area from zoned
District M-2 (Heavy Industrial) to C-2 (General Business).
