FRIDLEY� MINNESOTA BY MAKING A CHANGE�IN ZONING
DISTRICT5 .
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY DC? ORDAIN AS FQLLOFIS:
SECTION l. Appendix D oP the City Code o£ Fridley is amended as
hereinafter indicated.
SECTION 2. The tract or area within the�County.o� Anoka and the
. City of Fridley and described as:
All that part of the Southwest Quarter oE the North-
west Quarter of Section 2, T-30, R-24, that lies East
of a line drawn parallel to and 600 £eet West of the
West right of way line of State Trunk Highway No. 47
and North of a line drawn parallel to and 452.64 feet
North of the South line of said Southwest Quarter of
the Northwest puarter of Section 2, T-30, R-24, City
of Fridley, County of Anoka, Minnesota.
. Is hereby designated to be in the Zoned District
.. . . known as C-2 (general business areas).
SECTION 3...�That the Zoning Administrator is directed to change
the official zoning map to show said tract or area to
be rezoned from Zoned District M-2 (heavy industrial
areas) to C-2 (general business areas).
