� ORDINANCE N0. 486
AN ORDINANCE UNDER SECTION 12.07 OF THE CITY CHARTER TO VACATE STREETS
AND ALLEYS AND TO AMEND APPENDIX C OF THE CITY CODE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. For the vacatian o£ an alley and two streets in Elock 6, Serlin
Addition described as follows:
All of the alley in said Block 6; all that portion of 415t Avenue
Northeast along the south side of said Block 6 lying between the
westerly right of way line o£ said Railway Company and the easterly
right of way line o£ County State Aid Road No. 1(East River Road);
all of the unnamed North/SOUth streets adjoining the easterly side
of Lots 1 through 8, Block 6, Berlin Addition.
All lying in the southeast quarter (SE%) of Section 34� T-30,
R-24, City of Fridley, County o£ Anoka, Minnesota,
be and is hereby vacated.
SECTION 2. The said vacation has been made in conformance with Minnesbta
.� � Statutes and pursuant to Section 12.07 of the City Charter and
Appendix C of the City Code shall so be amended.
