ORDINANCE NO. 490
AN ORDINANCE UNDER SECTION 12.07 OF THE CITY CHARTER TO
' VACATE STREETS AND ALLEY5 AND TO AI�ND APPENDIX C OF THE
CITY CODE
The Council oP the City of Fridley do ordain as follows:
5ECTION l. For the vaCation of Parcel #l, Parcel #2, Parcel #3, being
portions o£ T.A. #47 (University Avenue) East Service Road
described as £ollows:
PARCEL #1
That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of
Section 23, T-30, R-24, described as £ollows: Commencing at
the Northwest corner of Lot 1, Block 6, City View Addition, thence
South along�the West line of said Lot 1 to a point on said West
line distance 8£eet North of Southwest corner of said Lot 1;
thence Northwesterly at an angle to the right of 110°00' to a
point on a line parallel to and 15 feet West of the West line o£
said Lot l; thence North parallel to the West line of said Lot
1 to its intersection with the Westerly extension o£ �he North

Be and is hereby vacated except that the City of Fridley retains
easements for drainage and utility purposes over the portion of
the streets herein described and vacated.
SECTION 2. The said vacation has been made in conformance with Minnesota
Statutes and pursuant to Section 12.07 of the City Charter and
Appendix C of the City Code shall be so amended.
