AN ORDINANCE UNDER SECTION 12.07 OF THE CITY
CHARTER TO VACATE STREETS AND ALLEYS AND TO
AMEND APPENDIX C OF THE CITY CODE
The Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. For the vacation of Parcel ��1, Parcel ��2, Parcel 4�3,
being portions of T.H. 4E47 (University Avenue) East
Service Road described as follows:
