' AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF
FRIDLEY, MINNESOTA BY MARING A CHANGE IN ZONING DISTRICTS
The Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. Appendix D of the City Code oP Fridley is amended as herein-
after indicated.
SECTION 2. The� tract �. or area- �ritliiy'i tfia County of Anoka and the City of
Fridley and described as:
All that part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest
Quarter of Section 11, T-30, R-24, that lies East of the
centerline o£ University Avenue and North of the centerline
of Osborne Road, as said roads are now laid out and constructed
(1960),
Is hereby desiqnated to be in the Zoned District C-2 (general
business areas).
S�CTION 3. That the Zoning-Admini.stration is directed to change the
- � official zoning map to show said tract or area to be re-
zoned £rom Zoned District R-3 (general multiple family
� dwellings) to C-2 (general business areas).
