' AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY
MINNESOSA BY MAKING A CHANGE IN ZONING DISTRICTS
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Appendix D of the City Code of Fridley is amended as herein-
a£ter indicated.
SECTION 2. The tract or area within the County o£ Anoka and the City o£
Fridley and described as:
Lotr S(except that part thereo.� lying idest of the Northeasterly
right o£ way line of the outer drive of State Trunk Highway)
and (except that part thereof lying East of a line drawn £rom
a point in the North line of said Lot 5 distant 1505.96 feet
West from the Northeast crover thereof to a point in the South
line of said Lot 5 distant 1393.62 feet West from the South-
east corner thereof) Auditor's Subdivision No. 25 lying in
Section 24, T-30,North, R-24 West, City of Fridley, County o£
Anoka, Minnesota,
Is hereby designated to be in the Zoned District known as CR-1
(General Office and Limited Business).
SECTION 3. That the Zoning Administrator is directed to change the official
, zoning map to show said tract or area to be rezoned from R-3
(General Multiple Family Dwellings) to CR-1 (General Office
and Limited Business).
