ORDINANCE NO. 503
AN ORDINANCE UNDER SECTION 12.07 OF THE
CITY CHARTER TO VACATE STREET5 AND ALLEYS
AND TO AMEND APPENDIX C OF THE CITY CODE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRSDLEY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWSc
SECTION 1. For the vacation of an alley descxibed as follows:
The East/West alley within Block 3, Spring Brook
Park Addition that lies between the Southexly
extension o£ the East line o£ Lot 21 of said
Block 3 and the Southerly extension of the YSest
line of Lot 30 0£ said Block 3,
Al1 lying in the South Half o£ Section 3, T-30,
R-24, City o£ Fridley, County of Anoka, Minnesota,
Be and is hereby vacated except that the City of
Fridley retains drainage and utility easements
for drainage and utility purposes over the por-
tion o£ the alley hesein descxibed and vacated.

- SECTIDN 2. The said vacation has been made in conformance
, with Minnesota Statutes and pursuant to Section "
� 12.07 of the City Charter and Appendix C o£ the
City Code shall be so amended.
