SEGTION l. For the vacation of an alley described as follows:
The East/West alley within Block 3, Spring 8rook
Fark Addition that 1'_e:: �ei�Qpn th4 Southexly
extension of the East line of Lot 21 of said
� �lock 3 and the Southsrly extension of the West �
•� line of Lot 30 of said Block 3,
All lying in the South Half of Section 3� T-30�
R-24, City of Fridley, County of Anoka, Miruiesota.
� Be and is hereby vacated except that the City of
Fridley retains drainage and utility easements
for drainage and utility pvrposes over the por-
tion of the alley herein described and vacated.
SECTION 2. The said vacation has been made in co�Pormance
with Minnesota Statutes and pursuant to Section
12.07 of the City Charter and Appendix C of the
City Code shall be so amended.
