ORDINANCE NO. 505
AN ORDINANCE UNDER SECTION 12.07 OF THE CITY
CHARTER TO VACATE 5TREETS AND ALLEYS AND TO
AMEND APPENDIX C OF THE CITY CODE
The Council of the City o£ Fridley does ordain as follows:
SECTION l. For the vacation of a street described as follows:
All that part of McKinley Street as dedicated in
Cochran's Addition that lies South of the South
line o£ Rice Creek Road,
SECTION 2. For the vacation of a utility and drainaqe ease-
ment described as follows:
The South six feet o£ Block 3, Cochran's Addition,
Al1 lying in the South Hal� of Section 13, T-30,
R-24, City of Fridley, County of Anoka, Minnesota,
se and is hereby vacated.

SECTION 3. The said vacations have been made in con£ormance
with Minnesota Statutes aaid pursuant to Section .
- 12.07 of the City Charter and Appendix C o£ the "
' v City Code shall be so amended. �
