AN ORDINANCE UNDER SECTION 12.07 OF THE CITY
CIiARTER TO VACATE STREETS AND ALLEYS AND TO
AMEND APPENDIX C OF THE CITY CODE
The Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows:
c�l+TT(1N 1. F�r the vacation of �. street described as fellows:
All that part of McKinley Street as dedicated in
Cochran's Addition that lies South of the South
line of Rice Creek Road,
SECTION 2. For the vacation of a utility and drainage ease-
ment described as follows:
The South six feet of Block 3, Cochran's Addition,
All lying in the South Half of Section 13, T-30,
R-24, City of Fridley, County of Anoka, Minnesota.
Be and is hereby vacated.
SECTZON 3. The said Vacations have been made in conformance
with Minnesota Statutes and pursuant to Section
12.07 of the City Charter and Appendix C of the
City Code shall be so amended.
