MINNESOTA, A TRACT OF LAND LESS THAN 200 ACRES IN AREA, ABUTTING UPON THE VILLAGE AND A PROPER SUBJECT FOR VILLAGE GOVERNMENT. �� The Village Council of Fridley, Minnesota, do ordain � as follows: Section 1. Pursuant to a proper and suffi- cient petition hy all of the own- ers of a traM of land abutting the Village of Fridley, Minnesota, and described as follows, to-wit: The North Sixty (60) rods of . Section 25, Township 30, � Range 24 West, in Anoka County, Minnesota, to have said property anneued to the Village of Fridley, Min- nesota. • Section 2. That said land consists of 120 acres and has a resident popula- tion of 17 persons and is not a part of any� other cillage or in any city or borough. That the land is partially platted and par- tially unplatted. Section 3. That it is deemed, that the annexation of said tract is for the best interesis of the Village and the territory affected, and that the tract is so conditioned � as properly to be subjected to Village gmernment.
