AN ORDINANCE UNDER SECTION 12.07 OF THE CITY CHARTER TO VACATE
STREETS AND ALLEYS AND TO AMEND APPENDIX C OF THE CITY CODE
7he Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows:
SECTION l. For Yhe vacation of an alley in Block 7, Onaway Addition described
as lying 6etween the Westerly extension of the North line of Lot l,
Block 7,and the Westerly extension of the South line of Lot 11,
Block 7, Onaway AddiYion,
All lying in the SouYheast Quarter of Section 3, T-30, R-24,
City of Fridley, County of Anoka, Minnesota.
Be and is hereby vacated except that the City of Fridley retains
easements for drainage and utility purposes over the alley herein
described and vacated.
SECTION Z. The said Vacation has been made in conformance with M�nnesota
Statutes and,pursuant to Section 12.07 of the City Charter and
Appendix C of the City Code shall be so amended,
