, AN ORDINANCE UNDER SECTION }2.07 OF THE CITY CHARTER TO VACATE
STREETS AND ALLEYS AND TO AMEND APPENDIX C OF TNE CITY CODE
The Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as foliows:
SECTION l. For the vacation of an altey in Block 7, Onaway� Addition described
• as lying between the Westerly extension of the North line of Lot l,
Block 7_and the Westerly extension of the South line of Lot 11,
� Block 7, Onaway Addition, _
All lying in the Southeast Quarter of Section 3, T-30, R-24,

Be and is hereby vacated except that the City of Fridley retains
easements for drainage and utitity purposes over the alley herein
described and vacated. .
SECTION 2. The said Vacation has been made in conform2nce with Minnesota
Statutes and pursuant to Section i2.07 of the City Charter and
Appendix C of the City Code shalt be so amended.
