ORDINANCE N0. 513
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY,
MINNESOTA BY MAKING A CHANGE IN ZONPNG DISTRICTS
The Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. Appendix D of the City Code of Fridley is amended as hereinafter
indicated.
SECTION 2. The tract or area within the County of Anoka and the City of
Fridley and described as:
Outlot l, Rice Creek Plaza South, Lot 32, except the South 2.7
feet, Block 4, Lowell Addition to Fridley Park, together with
the vacated Street lying between the before mentioned parcels,
all lying in the South Half of Section 14, T-30, R-24, City of
Fridley, County of Anoka, Minnesota,
Is hereby designated to be in the Zoned District known as R-3
(General multiple family dwellings).
� SECTION 3• That the Zoning Administrator is directed to change the offical
` zoning map to show said tract or area to be rezoned from Zoned
, District R-1 (Single Family Dwellings) to R-3 (General Multiple
Family Dwellings),
