ORDINANCE N0. 515
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY
MINNESOTA BY MAKING A CHANGE IN ZONING DISTRICTS
The Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows:
SECTION l. Appendix D of the City Code of Fridley is amended as herein after
indicated.
SECTION 2. The tract or area within the County of Anoka and the City of
Fridley and described as:
Lots 16,17,18,19,20,21 and 22, Block 13, Hamilton's Addition to
Mechanicsville, lying in the South Half of Section 23, T-30,
R-24, City of Fridley, County of Anoka, Minnesota,
Is hereby designated to be in the Zoned District known as C-2
(General Business Areas).
SECTION 3. That the Zoning Administrator is directed Yo change the offical
zoning map to show said tract or area to be rezoned from Zoned
District R-3 (General Multiple Family Dwellings) to C-2 (General
Business Areas).
