AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 45.103 RELATING TO THE LOT AREA AND �
LOT WIDTH REQUIREMENTS FOR C-1, C-1$, C-2, C-25
The Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows:
SEGTION l. Section 45.103, Subdivision 1 of the Fridley City Code is hereby
amended to read as follows:
1) Lot Area -
A lot area of not less than 20,000 square feet is required
for one main building, however, if the lot width for a lot
is a minimum 160 feet, the loY area requirement of 20,000
square feet is waived, and no minimum lot area is required.
2) Lot Width -
A lot of not less than 160 feet is required at the required
setback, however, if the lot area for a lot is a minimum of
20,000 square feet, the lot width requirement of 160 feet is
waived and no minimum lot width is required.
