MINNESOTA BY MAK,ING A CHANGE IN ZONING DISTRICTS

The Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows:
SECTION l. Appendix D of the City Code,of Fridley is amended as hereinafter
indicated.
SECTION 2. Th� tract or area within the County of Anoka and the City of Fridley
presently zoned C-1(Local Business Areas) and described as:
Lot l, Block 1, Commerce Park lying in the North Ha1f of Section
11, T-30, R-24, County of Anoka,
Is hereby designated to be in the Zoned District known as C-2
(General Business Areas).
SECTION 3. That the Zoning Administrator is directed to change the offical
zoning map to show said tract or area to be rezoned from C-1
(Local Business Areas) to C-2 (General Business Areas).
