ORDINANCE N0. 523
AN ORDINANCE TO RMEND THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY
MINNESOTA BY MAKING A CHANGE IN ZONING DISTRICTS
The Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows;
SECTION 1. Appendix D of the City Code of Fridley is amended as hereina�ter
indicated.
SECTION 2. The tract or area within the City of Fridley and the County of
Anoka presently zoned.as M-2(Heavy Industrial) and described as:
Lots 1& 2, Block 2 and the North 230 feet of Lot 3, Block 2,
East Ranch Estates 2nd Addition lying in the Soutwest Quarter
of Section 2, T-30, R-24, City of Fridley, County of Anoka,
Minnesota
Is hereby designated to be in the Zoned District known as C-25
(General Shoppiny Areas).
SECTION 3. The tract or area within the City of Frid-l:ey and the County of
Anoka presently zoned as M-2(Heavy Industrial) and described as:
Lot l, Block l, East Ranch Estates 2nd Additi�on lying in the
Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 2, T-30,
R-24, County of Anoka, Minnesota
Is hereby desiynated to be in the Zoned District known as C-2
(Ge�eral Business Areas),.
SECTION 4. That the Zoniny Administrator is directed to change the offical
zoning map to indicate the above zoning changes.
