ORDINANCE N0, 526
AN ORDINANCE UNDER SECTION 12.07 OF THE CITY CHARTER TO
VACATE STREETS AND ALLEYS AND TO AMEND APPENDIX C OF THE
CITY CODE
The Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. For the vacation of a street described as follows;
Al1 that part of 64'-z Way Iying Northwesterly of a line parallel
with and 40 feet Northwesterly of the Southeasterly line of
Riverview Terrace as .laid out and travelled in the plat of Veit's
Addition,
All lying in the South Half of Section 15, T-30, R-24, City of
Fridley, County of Anoka, Minnesota.
Be and is hereby vacated except that the City of Fridley retain
a drainage and utility easement over the Northeast 20 feet of the
Southwest 30 feet of that portion of the street herein described
and vacated.
SECTION 2. The said Vacation has been made in corara�rma�ce with Piir�r9esota
Statutes and pursuant to Section 12.fi7 a# �iie City Charter
