ORDINANCE N0. 532
AN ORDINANGE UNDER SECTION 12.07 OF THE CITY CHARTER TO VACATE
STREETS AND ALLEYS AND TO AMEND APPENDIX C OF THE CITY CODE
The Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1.: For the vacation of an alley described as follows;
All that part of the 12 foot alley located in Block 10, Hamilton's
Addition to Mechanicsville that is located South of the Westerly
extension of Lotil, said Block 10, and North of the Westerly
extension of Lot 15, Block 10, Hamilton's Addition to Mechanics-
ville,
All lying in the South Half of Section 23, T-30, R-24, City of
Fridley, County of Anoka, Minnesota.
Be and is hereby vacated.
SECTION 2. The said Vacation has been made in conformance with Minnesota
Statutes and pursuant to Section 12.07 of the City Charter and
Appendix C of the City Code shall be so amended.
