ORDINANCE N0, 533
AN ORDINANCE UNDER SECTION 12.07 DF THE CITY CHARTER TO VACATE
STREETS,AND ALLEYS AND TO AMEND APPENDIX G OF THE CITY CODE
The Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1.; For the vacation of an alley described as follows:
All that part of the alley located in Block 11, Hyde Park Addition,
lying between the Westerly extension of the North line of Lot 7,
Block 11, and the Westerly extension of the South line of Lot 13,
Block 11; Hyde Park Addition,
Al1 lying in the South Half of Section 23, T-30, R-24, City of
Fridley, County of Anoka, Minnesota,
Bel.and_is"hereby vacated.
SECTION 2. The said Vacation has been made in conformance with Minnesota
Statutes and pursuant to Section 12.D7 of the City Charter and
Appendix C of the City Code shall be §o amended.
