ORDINANCE N0. 536
AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO TIiE SALE OF REAL ESTATE OWNED BY THE CITY
The Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. The City of Fridley is the fee owner of the tract of land within
the City of Fridley, Eounty of Anoka, State of Minnesota described
as follows:
The North 50 feet of the East 150 feet of the Southeast Quarter
of the Southwest Quarter of Section 11, Township 30, Range 24.
SECTION 2. It is hereby determined by the Council that the City no longer
has any reason to continue to own said property and the Council
is hereby authorized to sell or enter into a contract to sell
said property.
SECTION 3. The mayor and the city clerk are hereby authorized to sign the
necessary contracts and deeds to �ffect the sale of the above
described real estate.
