ORDINANCE N0. 537
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY,
MINNESOTA BY MAKING A CHANGE IN ZONING DISTRICTS
The Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. Appendix D of the City Code of Fridley is amended as hereinafter
indicated.
SECTION 2. The tract or area within the City of Fridley and the County of
Anoka presently zoned as M-2(heavy industrial) and described as:
That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter lying
East of the Westerly 493 feet thereof;°except that part taken for
highway purposes, all lying in Section 2, T-30, R-24, City of
Fridley, County of Anoka, State of hiinnesota
Is hereby designated to be in the Zoned District known as C-2
(general business areas)
SECTION 3. That the Zoning Administrator is directed to change the offici_a_1,
zoning map to show said tract or area to be rezoned from Zoned
District M-2(heavy industrial areas) to Zoned District(general..
business areas).
