ORDINANCE N0. 539
AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE SALE CF REAL ESTATE OWNED BY THE CITY
The Ccuncil of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. The City of Fridley is the fee owner of the tract of land within
the City of Fridley, Anoka County, State of Minnesota described
as follows:
All that part of the Easterly 300 feet of the P�ortherly 30 feet
that lies within that part of Lot.8, Second Revision Auditor's
Subdivision #21 described as Follows: Commencing at the Southwest
corner of said Lot 8; thence East along the South line of said
Lot 8 to the intersection with the East right of way line of
Oakley Drive as laid out in said Second Revision Auditor's Sub-
division 4r`21; thence deflect to the left 135 degrees in a straight
line to the intersection of the Northerly extension of the West
right of way line of said Oakley Drive; thence North along the
Northerly extension of the West right of way line of said Oaksey
Drive to a line 30 feet South of the Northerly line of said Lot 8;
thence South along the West line of said Lot 8 to the point of
beginning, there t'exminating.
All lying in Section 13, T-30, R-24, City of Fridley, County of
Anoka, State of Minnesota.
SECTION 2. It is hereby determined by the Council that the City no longer
has any reason to continue to own said property and the Council
is hereby authorized to sell or enter into a contract to sell
said property.
SECTION 3. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign the
necessary contracts and deeds to e+ffect the sale of the above
described resi estate.-
