AN ORDINANCE UNDER SECTION 12.07 OF THE CITY CHARTER TO VACATE
STREETS AND ALLEYS AND TO AMEND APPENDIX C OF THE CITY CODE }

The Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows:' �
SECTTOIQ 1. For the vacation of an easement desciihed as follows: � �
