ORDINANCE N0. 546
AN ORDINANCE UNDER SECTION 12.07 OF THE CITY
CHARTER TO VACATE STREETS AND ALLEYS AND TO
AMEND APPENDIX C OF THE CITY CODE
The Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. For the vacation of an easement described as
follows:
The Easterly ten feet (10') of Lot 11, Block
1, Rice Creek School Addition, together with
the idesterly ten feet (10') of Lot 10, B1ock
1, Rice Creek School Addition.
A11 lying in the North �(a1f of Section 13,
T-30, R-24, City of Fridley, County of Anoka,
Minnesota.
Be and is hereby vacated.
SECTION 2. The said Vacation has been made in conformace
with Minnesota Statutes and pursuant to Seetion
12.07 of the City Charter and Appendix C of the
City Code sha11 be so amended.
