AN ORDINANCE UNDER SECTTON 12.07 OF TI� CITY
CHARTER TO VACATE STREETS AND ALLEYS AND TO
AMEND APPENDIX C OF THF.CITY CODE •
The Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as fallows,
SECTION 1. For the vacation of an easement described as
� follows;
The Easterly ten feet (10') of Lot 11; Biock
1, Rice Creek School Addition, together with
the k�esterly ten feet (10') of Lot l0, Block .
1, �tice Creek School Addition,
' All lying in the North H,alf of Section 13,
T-3Q, F,-24, City o£ Fridley, County of L:coka,
Minnesota.
Be and is hereby vacated..
SECTION 2. The said Vacation has been made in conformace
with Minnesota Statutes and pur.suant to Seetion
12.07 of the City Charter and Appendix C of the
