AMENDED TO CHAPTER 603 REGARDING THE SALE OF INTOXICATING
.� LIQUORS AND PROVIDING THAT THERE SHAlL BE NO CONSUMPTION OF
�,�INTOXIGATLjIG LIQUOR AFTER HOURS OF 1:15 A.M, and PROVIDING
THAT NO PERSONS OTHER THAN.THE LICENSEE AND HIS EMPLOYEES
SHALL REMAIN ON THE PREMISES AFTER 1:15 A.M.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 603.11 is amended to read as follows:
Section 603.11 Hours o'f Operation.
No sale of intoxicat�ng liquor shall be made after 1:00 a.m. on Sunday nor
until 8;00 a.m. on Monday, nor between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
on any Memorial Day, nor between the hours of 1:00 a.m, and 8:00 p.m. on ehe
day of any statewide election. No "on-saLe" sha11 be made be�ween the
hours of 1:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. on any weekday. (Ref. 502)
