AMENDED TO CHAPTER 605 REGARDING THE SALE UF INTOXICATSNG

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 605.14 is amended as follows:
Section 605.14 Restrictions,
No licensee nor other persons sha11 consume or display or allow consumption
ot display of intoxicating liquor on any Sunday between the hours of 1;00 a.m.
and 12:00 noon, nor between the hours of 1;00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. on any
election day in the district in which the election shall be held; and
No sale sha11 be made between tne hours of 1:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m, on any
week day, Monday through Satuxday inclusive, or between the hours of 1;00 a.m.
and 3:00 p.m. on Memorial Day. All licensees shall be closed to the public
starting not later than 1:30 a.m. until the time herein provided as per-
missable for sales, consumption og display. No person other than employees
shall be permitted within such establishments during the closed periods.
