AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF
F�SDLEY, DIINNESOTA BY MAKING A CHANGE IN ZONING DISTRICTS
The Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. Appendix D of the City Code of Fridley is amended
as herinafter indicated.
SECTION 2. The tract or area withkn the County of Anoka ai�d
the City of Fridley presently zoned C-2.(general
business areas) and described as:
Lots 1, 2� 3, 4� 5, 6, 9 and the North 68 feet of
Lot 20, Block 1, Central Avenue Addition, all
lying in the South half of Section 12, T-30, R-24,
City of Fridley, County of Anoka, Minnesota.
Is hereby desiguated to be in the zoning Aistrict
M-1 (light industrial areas).
SECTION 3. The Tract or area within the County of Anoka and
The City of Fridley presently zoned C-1 (local
business areas) and described as;
Lots 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14, B1ock 1, Central Avenue `
Addition� all lying in the South half of Section 12�
T-30, R-24, City of Fridley, County of Anoka, Minnesota.
Is hereby designated to be in the zoning dsitrict
M-1 (light industrial areas).
It is the intent of this rezon,i:ng request to have
the ent¢�re block-1, Central Avenue Addition,-zoned
M-1 (light industrial areas) except that part taken
far street purposes. _
SECTION 4. T[aat the ZoRxeg Administrator is directed to change
the official zoning map fo indicate the above zoning
changes.
