ORDINANCE N0. 556
AN ORDINANCE ULVDER SECTION 12.07 OF THE CITY
CHARTER TO VACATE STREETS AND ALLEYS AND TO
AMEND APPENDIX C OF THE CITY CODE
The Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. For the vacation of Hickory Street described as
follows:
A11 Chat part of Hickory Street lying between
Block 3 and Block 4, Onaway Addition and bounded
on the North by the [desterly extension of the
North line of BLock 3, Onaway Addition and bounded
on the $outh'by the WestArly extension of the
South Line of Slock 3, Onaway Addition.
SECTION 2. For the vacation of an a11ey descriLed a.s folLows;
All that part of the 20 fovt a11ey located adjacent
to and along the West side of Block 4 Onaway Addition
lying between the Westerly extensiori of the North
line of B1ock 4, Onaway Addition and the Westerly
extension of the South line of Block 4, Onaway Additioa.
All lying in the Southeast Ci�arter of Section 3,
T-30, R-24, City of Fridley, County of Anoka, Minnesota,
Be and is hereby vacated except that the City of
Fridley retains easements for drainage and utility
purposes over the portions of the a11ey herei..n described
and vacated.
SECTION 3. The said Vacation had been made in conforma;ce with
Minnesota Statutes and pursuant to Section 12.07 of
the City Charter and Appendix C of the City Code shall
be so amended.
