AN ORDINANCE UNDER SECTION Z2.07 OF THE CITY
CHARTER TO VACA`.CE STR�ETS AND ALLEYS AND TO
AMEND APPENDIX C OF THE CZTY CODE
The Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows;.
SECTION 1. For the vacation of Hickory Street described as
follows; �
All that part of Hickory Street lying between
Block 3 and Block 4, Onaway Addition and bounded
on the North by the Westerly er,tension of the
North line of Block 3, Onaway Addition an� bounaed
on the South' by� the �Jes�erty extension of the
Soutn iine of $lock 3, Onaway Addition.
SECTION 2. For the vacation of an alley descril�ed as fol.lows:
