The Council of the City of Fr.idley do ordain as follows:
SECLION 1. For the vacation of Gum�000d Streets described as follows:
All that pa.rt of Gumwood Street lying between Block-
5 and Bl.ock 6, Onaway Addition and bounded on the
NorCti by the jaesterly e.:t_e.ns ion of the North J_ine ot
B1ock 6, Onaway Addition and bounded on the South by
the tdesterly extension of the South J_ine of Lot 11,
Block 6, Ona�oay Addition.
SECTION 2. For the vacation o� an alley described as follows:
