AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 11, S�CTION 11.10,
FEES, OF THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY
The City Council of the City of Fridley does ordain as follows:
Chapter ll of the Fridley City Code is hereby amended to read
as follows:
Section 11.10 Fees. Add new subject of Public Pool Annual License.
The license fee shall consist of a base fee, as set
forth hereunder, for the primary pool on any premises
and 25l of the base fee for each additional pool on
the same premises. Primary as used herein shall mean
the pool requiring the�highest fee as set forth
hereunder:
