THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY DO ORDAIN AS fOLLOWS:
SECTiON 1. For the vacation of an easement described as follows:
The Easteriy and Westerly 10 feet of an existing
30 foot drainage and utility easement in Block 1 and
• 2, Lyndale Builders 7th Additian.
All lying in the North Nalf of Section 23, T-30,
R-24, City of Fridley, Courty of Anaka, Minnesota.
