AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY,
i4INNESOTA BY MAKING A CHANGE IN THE ZONING DISTRICTS
The Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. Appendix D of the City Code of Fridley is amended as
hereinafter indicated.
SECTION 2: The tract or area within the County of Anoka and the
City of Fridley and described as:
Lots 1 and 2, B7ock 13, Spring Brook Park Addition, lying
in the South Half of Section 3, T-30, R-24, City of Fridley,
County of Anoka, Minnesota,
Is hereby designated to be in the Zoned District known as
M-1 (light industrial areas).
SECTION 3. That the Zonning Administrator is directed to change the
official zoning map to show said tract or area to be
zoned from Zoned District R-1 (single family dwelling
areas) to M-1 (light industrial areas).
