ORDINANCE N0. 570
AN ORDINANCE UNDER SECTION 12.07 OF THE CITY CHARTER TO
UACATE STREETS AND ALLEYS AND TO AMEND APPENDIX C OF THE
CITY CODE
The Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. For the vacation of an easement for public purposes
described as follows:
All that part of Lot 30, Auditor's Subdivision No.
129, described as the Westerly 50 feet of Lot 30
lying North of a line parallel with and distant 60
feet North of the Southerly line of the Northeast
Quarter of Section 12.
All lying in the North Half of Section 12, T-30,
R-24, City of Fridley, County of Anoka, P�innesota.
Be and is hereby vacated.
SECTION 3. The said Vacation has been made in conformance with
Minnesota Statutes and pursuant to Section 12.07 of the
City Charter and Appendix C of the City Code shall be
so amended.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 23RD
DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1974.
