ORDINANCE N0. 576
AN ORDINANCE UNDER SECTION 12.07 OF THE CITY CNARTER TO VACATE STREETS
AND ALLEYS AND TO AMEND APPENDIX C OF THE f,ITY CODE
The Council of the City of Fridley do urdain as follows:
SECTION l. For the vacation of a portion of a utility easement described
as follows:
All that portion of an irregular strip of land lying within
a 15 foot utility easement at the rear of Lot 12, Block 5, i�ice
Creek Plaza Addition, lying South of the North line of said Lot 12
and adjoining the Westerly line of said 15 foot utility easement
described as follovrs: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said
Lot 12; thence West along the North line of said Lot 12 a distance
of 11.50 feet; thence South and parallel with the West line of said
Lot 12 a distance of 8.40 feet to the point of beginning; thence
continuing along said parallel line a distance of 24.70 feet; thence

line of said 15 foot utility easen,�nt; thence Northeasterly along
the 4lesterly line of said 15 foot utility easement to a point 8.40

All lying in the North Ha1f of Section 12, T-30, R-24, City of
Fridley, County of Anoka, Minnesota,
be and is hereby vacated.
SECTION 2. The said vacation has been made in conformance with Mirtnesota
Statutes and pursuant to Section 12.07 of the City Charter and
Appendix C of the City code shall be so amended.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CI7Y OF FRIDLEY THIS 16TH DAY
