ORDINANCE N0. 581 _
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF
FRI�LEY, MINNESOTA BY MAKING A CHANGE IN ZONING DISTRICTS
The Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1
SECTION 2
Appendix D of the City Code of Fridley is amended as
hereinafter indicated.
The tract or area within the County of Anoka and the
City of Fridley and described as:
Lots 3,4,5,E,7,8,9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 27,
28, 34� 30, 31, 32, and parts of Lots 2 and 6, together
with the vacated alleys in Block 9, and the East Half
of vacated Main Street, lying adjacent to said Block
9, all being in Lowell Addition to Fridley Park, lying
in the South Half of Section 14, T-30, R-24, City of
Fridley, County of Anoka, Minnesota.
Is hereby designated to be in the Zoned District M-1
(light industrial areas).
SECTION 3. That the Zoning Administrator is directed to change the
official zoning map to show said tract or area to be
rezoned from Zoned District C-2� (general shopping areas)
to M-1 (light industrial areas).
