ORDINANCE N0. 587
AN ORDINANCE UNDER SECTION 12�07 OF THE CITY CHARTER TO VACATE STRE:TS
AND ALLEYS AND TO AMEN� APPENDIX C OF THE CITY CODE.
The Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. For the vacation of an alley described as follows:
All of the East-West alley in 61ock 5, Spring
Brook Park Addition, that lies between Lots 1-17,
and Lots 32-46,
All lying in the South Half of Section 3, T-30,
R-24, City of Fridley, County of Anoka, Minnesota,
Be and is hereby vacated except that the City of
Fridley retains easements for drainage and utility
purposes over the alley herein described and
vacated,
SECTION 2. The said Uacation has been made in conformance with
Minnesota Statutues and pursuant to Section 12.07
of the City Charter and Appendix C of the City
Code shall be so amended.
