AN ORDINANCE UNDER SECTION 12.07 OF THE CITY CHARTER TO VACATE STREETS AND
ALLEYS AND TO AMEND APPENDIX C OF THE CITY CODE
The Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. For the vacation of a street described as follows:
� All that part of 76th Avenue N.E, located in Osborne
Manor Second Addition, lying East of the East line
of 5th Street N.E.,
All lying in the North half of Section 11, T-30,
R-24, City of Fridley, County of Anoka, Minnesota,
Be and is hereby vacated except that the City of
Fridley retains an utility easement over the entire
vacated street right of way.
SECTION 2. The said Vacation has been made in conformance with
Minnesota Statutes and pursuant to Section 12,07 of
the City Charter and Appendix C of the City Code
shall be so amended.
