AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 507 OF THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY
RELATING TO MUNICIPAL BATHING BEACHES
The City Council of the City of Fridley does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1
507.06 Liquors
Section 5D7,06 Liquors, is amended to read as follows:
It shall be unlawful for any person to have in his possession or to consume
any intoxi.cating liquor or nonintoxicating malt liquor on Fridley
Municipal Bathing Beaches.
