ORDINANCE N0. 593
AN ORDINANCE UNDER SECTION 12.07 OF THE CITY CHARTER TO VACATE STREETS AND
ALLEYS AND TO AMEND APPENDIX C OF THE CITY CODE
The Council of the City of Fridley does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. For the vacation of an alley described as follows:
All of the east-west alley in Block 15, Fridley
Park Addition,
All lying in the south half of Section 15, T-30,
R-24, City of Fridley, County of Anoka,
Minnesota,
Be and is hereby vacated, except that the City of
Fridley retains easements for drainage and utility
purposes over the alley herein described and
vacated.
SECTION 2. The said vacation has been made in conformance
with Minnesota Statutes and pursuant to Section
12.07 of the City Charter and P.ppendix C of the
City Code shall be so amended.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 8th
DAY OF September , 1975.
