The City Councii of the City of Fridley dues ordain as follo��rs:
SECTION 1. For the vacation of a part of 47th Avenue NE that lies
east of the soui:herly extension of the west line of
Lot 16, l3lock 8, Plymouth Addition anci west line of
the soutf�erly extension of the east line of Lot l6,
Block i3, Plymouth Addition; �
For the vacation of a 12 foot alley lying between the
easterly extension of the north line of Lot 30,
B]ock 8, Plymouth Addition and the easterly extension of
the south lot line of Lot 16, alock 9, Plymouth
Addition, .
