ORDINANCE N0. 596
AN ORDINANCE UNDER SECTION 12.07 OF THE CITY CHARTER TO VACATE STREETS AND
ALLEYS AND TO AMEND APPENDIX C OF THE CITY CODE
The Council of the City of Fridley does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. for the vacation of a 12 foot utility and drainage
easement described as follows:
All that part of the 12 foot utility and drainage
easement described as being the westerly 85,31 feet
of the southerly 6 feet of Lot 6, Block l, Clark's
Addition, to9ether with the northerly 6 feet of the
westerly 85.31 feet of Lot 7, Block 1, Clark's Addition
All lying in the north half of Section 13, T-30,
R-24, City of Fridley, County of Anoka, Minnesota
be and is hereby vacated.
SECTION 2. The said vacation has been made in conformance with
Minnesota Statutes and pursuant to 5ection 12.07 of the
City Charter and Appendix C of the City Code shall be
so amended.
