The City Council of the City of Fridley does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. For the vacation of a portion of the 12 foot ut;lity
easeinent described as follows: . "
All that part of a 12 foot utility and drainage easement
being the southerly 6 feet of Lots 1 through 5, [31ock �
