ORDINANCE N0. 598
AN ORDINANCE UNDER SECTION 12.07 OF THE CITY CHARTER TO VACFlTE STREETS AND ALLEYS
AND TO AMEND APPENDIX C OF THE CITY CODE
The City Council of the City of Fridley does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. For the vacation of a 10 foot utility easement described
as follows:
All that part of the 10 foot utility and drainage
easement being the easterly 5 feet of Lot 6, Block 1,
Brookview Terrace 2nd Addition, except the northerly
5 feet thereof, together with the westerly 5 feet of
Lot 5, Block 1, Brookview Terrace 2nd Addition, except
the northerly 5 feet thereof
All lying in the north half of Section 13, T-30,
R-24, City of Fridley, County of Anoka, Minnesota
be and is hereby vacated.
SECTION 2. The said vacation has been made in conformance with
Minnesota Statutes and pursuant to Section 12.07
of the City Charter and Appendix C of the City Code
shall be so amended.
