The City Council of ti�e City of Fridley does ordain as follows:
SECTIOfd 1. For the vacation of a 10 faot utility easement described
as follows:
All that part of the 10 foot utility and drainage
easement being the easterly 5 feet of Lot 6, alock 1,
� Brookvievr Terrace 2nd Addition, except the northerly
� feet therenf, together with the westerly 5 feet of

All lyiny in the north half of Section 13, T-30,

be and is hereby vacated. . �
SECTION 2. The said vacation has been made in conformance with
Minnesota Statutes and pursuant to Section 12.07
of the City Charter and Appendix C of the City Code
shall be so amencied. .
